OnlyFans Agency Contract Checklist: What a Fair Agreement Includes
In short: The clauses every OnlyFans agency contract should cover – services, revenue share, account ownership, termination and data – and the red flags to avoid.
A clear contract protects both sides. This checklist covers what a fair agreement usually includes. It is not legal advice: have any contract reviewed by a lawyer in your country.
What to include
- Services. Exactly what the agency does – and doesn't – do.
- Revenue share. The percentage, what it applies to and how it is calculated.
- Payments. Who receives OnlyFans payouts, when the agency is paid and how it is reported.
- Account ownership. The creator owns her account, content and brand.
- Access and security. Who has access, how it is managed and removed.
- Boundaries. The creator's content limits and approval process for custom requests.
- Duration and termination. Notice period and a clear, reasonable way for either side to end the agreement.
- Confidentiality and data. How fan and creator data are protected.
- Compliance. Both parties follow OnlyFans' terms and applicable law.
Red flags for creators
- The agency wants ownership of the account or content.
- Very long lock-in periods or large exit penalties.
- Vague services with a high percentage.
- No reporting or access to her own statistics.
- Pressure to sign quickly.
Fair agencies welcome questions about their contract. If an agency doesn't, that is your answer.
