OnlyFans Chatter Interview: Questions You'll Be Asked and How to Answer
In short: What to expect in an OnlyFans chatter interview and test chat, the questions agencies ask and how to show you're the right hire.
Most chatter interviews have two parts: a short conversation about you and a practical test. The test matters more – it shows how you actually write.
Common questions
- “Have you chatted before?” If not, mention related experience: sales, customer support, social media or writing.
- “How would you handle a fan who says no to an offer?” Accept it, keep the conversation warm and don't push.
- “What would you do if a fan asks to meet?” Decline kindly, stay in character and never agree to anything off-platform.
- “Which hours can you work?” Be honest; reliability beats availability you can't keep.
- “How do you keep track of fans?” Notes on names, interests, purchases and limits.
The test chat
You will play the creator in a sample conversation. Interviewers look for:
- A natural, consistent voice.
- Questions that keep the fan talking.
- An offer at the right moment – not in the first line.
- Clean spelling and no robotic phrases.
Questions to ask them
- How is pay calculated and when is it paid?
- What training and feedback do new chatters get?
- What are the rules for boundaries and fan safety?
Asking good questions shows you take the job seriously.
